Full Time Postgraduate

NCI Internal Progression

Upon completion of an NCI Undergraduate programme graduates can progress onto one of our many Postgraduate programmes at Level 9 on the National Framework of Qualifications.

Early Application Reduction

If you are a current NCI student or have graduated in the last number of years from a full degree or higher diploma and you have decided you now want to return to complete a postgraduate award we can offer you a possible €1,000 discount off your tuition fees.

To avail of this discount you must have completed your degree and be due to graduate this year or have graduated since September 2011.

Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme & Grants

This scholarship scheme gives 30 postgraduate scholarships to current NCI students who are studying their undergraduate degree and who are currently in receipt of a SUSI grant to continue their studies at NCI on any of our full-time taught masters courses.

Login Details

Please note that applicants that have paid their fees and have registered for their programme will be notified in July when our online password management section will be opened to set up your login detail.

There will also be a step-by-step guide on how to set your password online.


Student Card

Provided you have paid your fees and set up your login details our NCI Photo Application will be opened for you to upload your own passport-style photo to us. 

There will be no need to come to your enrolment and registration session as your student card will be posted out to your home.



National College of Ireland offer students three options of programme payments:

Option 1

Full payment of the programme before the class commences.

Option 2

Pay 50% before the first semester commences in September and 50% in the second semester in January.

Please note that fees not fully paid in January will result in no access to your student portal.

Option 3

National College of Ireland has introduced a direct debit scheme that allows students spread the cost of the programme. There is no additional fee or interest charge for students using the direct debit payment option. 

To avail of the direct debit scheme you must pay 20% of the course fee before the commencement of the programme and sign the direct debit acceptance form.

You must return a completed and signed direct debit form in order to completely confirm your registration. The completed form can be emailed directly to the Fees Office.

This can be posted in to: Fees Office, National College of Ireland, Mayor Street, IFSC, Dublin 1 or you can e-mail it to fees@ncirl.ie.


You can view your course timetable at any stage online by using the dedicated timetable section of the website.
Simply search for your course then choose your week & day range.
